ANNOUNCEMENTS 

JULY SCHEDULE
*Track workouts: Starting Wednesday June 6 6-7AM at the Cape Elizabeth HS track. These workouts will continue every Wednesday through the end of October. 
 
*SwimRun USA Pre-race Practice: Saturday August 11 at 8:00AM at Casino Beach in Cape Elizabeth. All racers are welcome. Bring your gear to loosen up the day before the race. If you would like to participate please contact me at todd@ocastendurance.com.
 
*Ironman 70.3 Maine Swim & run preview: Saturday August 18 at 7:30AM on the South side of the Old Orchard Beach Pier. If you would like to participate please contact me at todd@ocastendurance.com.
 
*Lobsterman Triathlon preview: Saturday September 1. More information to come!
 

SCHEDULES  

Cape Elizabeth High School pool(Don Richards pool) 345 Ocean House Rd.

The first Fall 2018 evening sessions will start on Tuesday September 4 through Thursday October 25. The second Summer session begins Tuesday October 30 through Thursday December 20. The start time will be 5:30-6:30PM. Registration will be open Sunday August 26th at 8:00PM for Cape Elizabeth residents. For non-residents registration opens on Friday, August 31st 8:00AM. SWIM REQUIREMENT: You must be able to swim 200 yards without stopping. Equipment required: front end snorkel(made by Aquasphere), fins(preferably the TYR Crossblade) & Eney Buoy.

Track workouts: Starting June 6, every Wednesday morning from 6:00-7:00AM we will meet at the Cape Elizabeth HS track at 345 Ocean House Rd. All levels welcome. Email me at todd@coastendurance.com for more information.

Friday 7/13

7:15- Ferry from Peaks to Portland

7:45- Ferry from Portland to Little Diamond Island

8:00-9:30- Introduction/welcome talk

10:00- Warm up swim

10:30-12:30- Seminar + practice

12:30- Lunch

1:30-4:30- Practice swimrun on LDI and GDI, including first portion of SRCBI

4:40- Ferry back to Portland

5:45- Ferry to Peaks

Saturday 7/14

7:45- Campers staying in Portland and day campers depart Portland on private boat

8:00- Depart peaks for Chebeague on private boat

9:00- Swimrun Chebeague/ Little Chebeague

11:30- Lunch/talk on  Little Chebeague

12:30- Swimrun Little Chebeague/ Long Island

4:20- Ferry from Long Island to Portland

5:45- Ferry from Portland to Peaks

Sunday 7/15

6:45- Ferry from Portland to Peaks

7:30- SRCBI Simulation

2:15- Ferry from Long Island to Portland

Camp debrief on ferry ride back to Portland or at a location in Portland.

Full Camp (3 days, 2 nights): $499
2 Day Camp (2 days, 1 night): $299

Regular Package: Athlete will share room with 1 or 2 others
