Coast Endurance is in the business of preparing athletes. Whether the preparation is for a triathlon, open water event, Masters swim meet or just to increase fitness, CE can get you where you want to be. The workouts are specific to every athlete’s individual needs. We train everyone from the aspiring professional triathlete to seasoned Masters swimmer to a newbie just entering the multi-sport community. Every workout is planned with a bird’s eye view of the entire season. By providing a roadmap to success in racing and competition the athlete receives multiple benefits: fitness, a positive and critical mindset and a community to help them on their journey.

FOR NEW CLIENTS
Do I need to be able to know how to swim?
Yes. You must be able to swim 200 yards(eight times up and back). However, if you don’t know how to swim please let me know so we can get you into some lessons!
What can I expect to gain from these workouts?
Increased fitness, confidence, technical efficiency, open water skills and massive education.
I didn’t grow up swimming can I still join the group?
Absolutely! Most of the people in the group will be “adult onset swimmers.” Through the community, training and education taking place at each of the workouts you will be able to pick up the rhythm of the workouts quickly.
How will this type of training help me in my event?
Through repetition, consistency and hard work the training will enable each athlete to feel more confident at the start line of any race.
