I offer triathlon programming to help you train through the year or for specific races. Together, we will figure out a plan that works for your particular schedule. Some of the benefits of working with Coast Endurance:
  • Annual Training Plan(ATP) & race schedule set-up with input from the coach and athlete. Once the race plan is set up we will back track to get the most out of your training with YOUR time that is available.
  • We work side by side to develop you as an athlete.
  • Unlimited correspondence as needed via email, phone, in person or Zoom/FaceTime.
  • We sit down or Zoom for an initial 90-minute interview/consultation.
  • Please inquire about rates and availability.
  • Unlimited adjustments to your program based on post-workout and e-mail feedback.
  • Advice on race planning and preparation, tapering & race execution.
  • After your race, I will direct you in a post-race recovery plan.
  • Peaking/tapering program. Specific workouts are customized to fit your schedule. Plan around travel, family, work, social life, sickness etc. Get the most out of your training with YOUR time that you have available. Progression through season.
Peaking or “tapering” plan: If you find your self in the “search for confidence” heading into a race I offer a 3-4 week “peaking/tapering” plan leading into your race. We take what you have done in training so far to get you confident and ready for your upcoming race. Email or call for availability and rates. Swim coaching: If you are doing an open water event or need some swim advice or coaching combined with another coach providing your bike-run I can help you with your swim sessions. We will also set up your season with a focus on the upcoming races as well as looking ahead to the future. We will work together to get the specific workouts needed for your event. This type of coaching can be used for open water events, IM, 70.3, Oly, sprint. peaking/tapering program. Please inquire about rates and availability. Bike or run single sport plans-Always wanted to do century ride or complete that 5K/10K/13.1/marathon? I can help you get there. Please inquire about rates and availability. I will get you to the start line of your race or event feeling confident to perform your best.

I started Coast Endurance because I love the sport and working with people. I enjoy seeing kids and adults work to accomplish their dreams.

I didn’t grow up swimming can I still join the group?

Absolutely! Most of the people in the group will be “adult-onset swimmers.” Through the community, training and education taking place at each of the workouts you will be able to pick up the rhythm of the workouts quickly.

How will this type of training help me in my event?

Through repetition, consistency and hard work the training will enable each athlete to feel more confident on the start line of any event they choose to participate in.
